i thought of an idea of recreating the "SpeechEasy Device" for people who stutter (such as myself) and its working as expected. Speecheasy is a website that sells a device for people with a stutter. the device makes it where you can hear yourself and it helps you talk. but rather than spending 2-4 thousand dollars.... grab your phone and install "Delayed Auditory Feedback" APP on play store. grab your earbuds (most of them these days have a mic) and plug it in. you can adjust the delay time just like how you can on the $4,000 dollar device. iv been using it for a few hours and i just read a story to a friend of mine and i stuttered WAYYY less i still stutter but i dont twitch as much and my eyes aren't fluttering and words are easier to get out but it does TAKE PRACTICE. i hope this helps. its the exact same thing as the $4000 dollar device. but basically free.
