Starting at work

Starting at work At Jimmy John's when we answer the phones we're supposed to say Jimmy John's or JJ something along those lines to signify that they call Jimmy John's. I stutter a lot even in my normal day-to-day life when I say Jimmy John's and for the longest time I was saying JJ but I can't even say that anymore without stuttering. Recently I've just been answering the phone with Hi yes because that's all I can seem to get out without stuttering, which isn't the right way to do things. Does anybody have any advice on what I could do to stop stuttering when I answer the phone. I'm the manager, I shouldn't be stammering like this, which makes it worse
