Thanks! I was skeptical too at first as It's like I said, there is no cure it all in x days as it takes hard work and dedication but it's definitely possible with the right mindset and technique. But unlike what a lot of people here think is.. acceptance is not the answer. That's like knowing you have a disease that can be cured but you're unwilling to do something about it because you've already given up. It's really all about breathing the right way untill it becomes natural. For some people that takes weeks and for others it could take months. Also not sure why someone downvoted me. ..just trying to be helpful here. People in this sub are way too misinformed and skeptical but that's understandable.
