I can't either, in fact most people who stutter this is one of the toughest parts of speech. I'm sure people have theories why. Worst for me is when I do manage to get my name out and don't stutter. I'll try like 'oh hi, I'm Justin" and I'll be so relieved. Then they say 'sorry can you repeat that?" 😡
