How to avoid blocks to start a sentence?

How to avoid blocks to start a sentence? Hey guys! I am having a lot of issues to start a sentence especially while I have to talk over the phone. Also I work for a airline and sometimes I have to talk with Air Traffic Controllers over the radio and I am having a hard time to start a call always getting blocks in the beginning of the sentence. Also when this happens I get angry, frustrated it sucks.
