Yeah that’s pretty much how it rolls. The lion’s share of people don’t give a flying fuck about your stutter, they’re too preoccupied with their own lives and if they do care, they just have too much time on their hands. And it’s only natural that people might give you a different look for a second when they notice you stutter, it’s something new, perhaps they’ve never met anyone with a stutter prior to meeting you. As long as they’re respectful, it’s ok. If you want to say something out loud, say it. Even if your words are stuttered, there’s nothing wrong with them. Just let go and talk. :)
