Yeah but what are you gonna do, give up? Might as well keep trying. Honestly the more you try and fail the faster you'll learn and grow. If I could go back I'd start earlier instead of waiting as long as I did. That said, severe stuttering is a real ass struggle so I would recommending finding the best therapy you can. One that doesn't focus on techniques or fluency but on finding out your goals and helping you move towards them.
