I remember reading something a couple month ago about a medication that when used off-label will help stuttering, but I don’t remember where. I’ll try to find it later. Also, there was a really interesting study done where they used a device that amounts to a speech jammer (delayed auditory feedback is the technical term) to slightly delay the time between when a person talks and when they hear it. In fluent people, this disrupts their speech pattern. In (at least some disfluent) people, it makes them fluent. I remember the same thing happened when a friend downloaded an app on his phone that does the same. While my stutter is pretty minimal these days, I was the only one in the group who was completely unaffected by it.
