Hey mate. I identify myself with exacly the same problem. I can speak for 30 minutes without sutteting once sometimes, and others i can't even say my name on the phone. I try to block some words which i know are harder for me but sometimes i block like yourself, and stutter because i think too much, maybe? I don't know. Throw a DM if you like.
