Other comments have pointed out effective strategies in the long term but just incase, I thought I can share another short term technique with you. I just attended a graduate student government body meeting at my university and they were taking attendance. I never stutter on my name when I just have to say my name. But this time, there was some interruption and I had to say a few more words before I could give them my name and I was aware that I was going to stutter. Then, I remembered how one Chinese student said his name, he spelled it out first and then pronounced it. I did the same as well. I feel this is one way to look for substitutes for your name. In cases where you're expected to spell your name, you can pronounce your name first and then spell it and vice versa.
