I feel you as I've been there. It's hard to give you a good advice for your particular case because it's hard to adress if it's a toxic or discriminative enviroment or not and how you feel about your stuttering. However my 2 cents: I had exactly that kind of problems, but I had also personal issues with all that (in the sense I wasn't confortable public speaking, my anxiety went to the roof in all those situations and I wasn't the best one standing by myself). My advice is to work on all those on your own outside of work: become confortable with your stutter, confident public speaking/stuttering and learn to politely avoid being talk over (go to therapy if needed to nail it). When I did that, it all got quite better. However I've been lucky with my boss and colleages as there isn't any major assholes among them and they don't seem to have a negative bias towards my stuttering. Get your shit together and test the waters after that; if they are still murky then consider leaving for greener pastures (with your new skills and confidence, finding a new job would be easier) Hang in there!
