How stuttering impacted your job career? Hello! That's my second time interacting here. I'm 18, finished high school in Brazil last year and started business administration degree this year. I have also got an internship in this area 3 months ago. During this few time observing the company's routine, I notice the importance of fluently communication and solve things quickly (which means, most of the times, speaking fast) and how these two things are overvalued there. As a stutter myself, that scared the hell out of me. I know that I'm not able to achieve that level of communication, It's impossible for a stutterer to speak quickly and convincingly in order to stand out yourself at work. I'm very afraid to be jobless or having any other bad consequences in my newly created career due to my stuttering. I would love to know your experience and how much stuttering can impact in our jobs. I confess that I'm quite anxious about it
