Hmm. That is a good point. I have to admit I’m a bit bias towards believing it’s cognitive. Still doesn’t explain how you don’t stutter when you whisper towards someone (or at least, my experience), because then you’re communicating as well. Also where did you get it from that it’s a communication disorder? It does sound logical
