This is something I'm actually trying to be more aware of - not trying to "keep up" with whoever I'm talking with. I find that if I change the framing to suit my pace, if I stutter it will at least be easier to understand. Growing up, I always had a feeling in the back of my mind that I wouldn't just grow out of my stutter like many had claimed. Now (22/f) I'm just trying to find ways to make the communication process smoother - framing is something I'm giving a try.
