Sorry, I am not on here often but if you’re still interested: that is a challenge presented to us but that does not mean we can’t overcome! The way I see it, the really good bosses and generally people you want to work for are the ones who see through that. We tend to over dramaticise things in our own head, but these people are more common than you would think. Remember that actions speak louder than words and we may ultimately need a few extra interviews because of this, but you are finding better quality people! I’m a sales operations analyst and have worked my way up, been at the same company for 5 years and I stutter really bad some times, other times not so much. I’ve brought it up with some people I work with frequently, and others I never mentioned it - but I have noticed that it only gets in the way of my success if I try to hide it! I am well respected regardless of it - and I had the same anxieties as you when I started 5 years ago. I still have anxiety surrounding it from time to time but in general feeling much more confident now. Every person I work with listen to what I have to say. Hope you are doing well, OP and good luck. Would be cool to keep in touch to share our experiences.
