I'm afraid one day I'll meet a Lily and I won't be able to say her name - what names do you struggle with?

I'm afraid one day I'll meet a Lily and I won't be able to say her name - what names do you struggle with? And how do you deal with it? The only way I can say Lily is to form it with my tongue silently a couple times before, or not start a sentence with it and just rush through it. What names are troublesome for you?
