Stuttering has never impacted my ability to get relationship, and in the age of texting, selfies and online flirting, it gets less and less an issue. My stutter I would consider not too noticeable at first, so I didn't feel the need to disclose before I decide to meet up any girls, but that's dependant on how severe your stutter can be.
