Yes, I think you should write out a list of thoughts and situations that trigger you to begin stuttering. And I think you should write down all the physical sensations going on in your body before you begin stuttering, and after. This may include muscle tension in the abdomen, racing heart, blurred vision, rapid breathing. Write that all down. Write out what you feel about the relationships you have with the people that are closest to you as well. And write out who in your life has had the most influence on you, and what are the ways they have positively influenced you, but also some things you are not so sure about. You need to be conscious of what’s going on in your mind and body from the moment you wake up until the time you go to sleep. Everyday is a cycle and and our minds have influence on how we react, or how we are proactive throughout each day. Then you can begin to deconstruct what’s going on internally. This I think can be a good start for you.
