hasn’t the right brain vs left brain dominance thing been disproved? I’ll admit, I also say daydream frequently, however, I think it mostly stems from a place of deep dissatisfaction with my current situation in life. Sequestering to my mind is a form of escapism, albeit one that can be seriously detrimental if done too frequently. Maybe your daydreaming isn’t a product of an abundance of dopamine, rather a way to escape the hardships of stuttering. Who knows, maybe it’s a combination of circumstances and biology. look into maladaptive daydreaming.
