The challenging thing about Emily Blunt is that we hardly ever hear her actually stutter. Of course, it's completely valid for a person who stutters to naturally have a lower stuttering frequency, but her rhetoric about stuttering sometimes gives off a vibe of "I'm doing better now because I don't stutter much anymore" - something that isn't realistic for most of us in the stuttering world. So although it's definitely cool that there's a famous actress who is also a woman who stutters, I (and others I've talked to in the stuttering community) have mixed feelings about it.
