Lot of nice tips already. I was in a similar situation and what helped me was doing the interview outside in nature on a quiet bench. It also allowed me to walk around during the interview which sometimes helps me being fluent. I had prepared a note with keywords and standard phrases in order to remember the important things. Sometimes talking takes so much of our mental capacity that we just forget what we wanted to say! Best of luck to you!
