I’ve had it too. One thing you can do that I have used for names is go out into public, and ask strangers if they know where you can find a bar or restaurant that has your name in it. For example, if your name is Tyler, then go ask strangers if they know where “Tyler bar” is. They will probably tell you they have never heard of it, then just say “thanks, my friend told me about it but I couldn’t find it on google maps.” Doing this will help you practice your name. I admit I’m not the best at this, but ultimately your best bet is to just tell people that you stutter when you say your name, then say your name even if you stutter. Telling them ahead of time will probably decrease the stuttering when you say it
