I don't think its legal for companies to discriminate you based on your stutter. Unless the job says "amazing communication skills", as long as your meet their engineering demands, the ADA backs you up I think. "and engineering job opportunity in my country is so scarce." - wait, sorry pardon my ignorance. You don't live in the US no?
