Anyone experienced speech improvement with vyvanse?

Anyone experienced speech improvement with vyvanse? I was pretty sure I had ADHD all my life, learning disability/forgetfulness/impulsiveness/inatentiveness/mind going 1000m/h... I was recently diagnosed as an adult, both of my kids have adhd and my youngest daughter also has a very mild stutter. My stutter ranges from moderate to severe, my speech seemed to go through "seasons".. However, once diagnosed I was prescribed vyvanse, and I have been taking it for about 3 weeks now. I never realized how much anxiety my speech induced. When I stuttered, this dread would fill me, as I worried about what other people were thinking. I would worry that I'm not saying it fast enough. I would get frustrated with not being able to express myself. I would contort my face, roll my eyes as I brute forced words out of my mouth, as if they were stuck in tar and refused to leave my mouth. I would close my eyes and fight against my brain to say exactly what I wanted to say, rather than settling for an easier word/sentence to say. This mental struggle only made the anxiety worse, like a viscous cycle made my speech worse! I had taken lots of speech therapy, but my brain was always going at 1000% that I could never slow down and use the tools that I was taught. With vyvanse, my thoughts are slowed down. I can feel the anxiety leave my body as I stop mid sentence for a breath and collect my thoughts to use my speech therapy skills. I can catch myself before I fall back onto old habits (forcing words out, using crutch filler words, or contorting my face). I feel free, and my confidence has exploded! I worry that this feeling is temporary, and my brain will figure a way to bypass the vyvanse and my speech impediment will take over again. Anyone else experience this?
