Diet definitely affects your physical and mental health across the board. So I would assume that, though you may *feel* like you stutter less eating certain healthier foods, it could just be a byproduct of the overall feeling or affects healthy foods have on a human body. You just feel better in general when you eat healthy. Like, no certain food targets speech fluency only. Ya know? Just a guess. Eating healthier, whether it helps with fluency or not, will always be better than eating garbage though.
