It did help me with mu confidence and getting into the conversational “flow” a bit more, but i still stutter with some days being worse than others. The customers were surprisingly patient and never reacted negatively to it. I will say, though, that it does depend on your call center job. For me it wasn’t a call center but more of a lead nurturing process where id show them how to use a software. Other jobs might have more aggressive impatient people, but that’s rare
