I actually work in a call center now! Admittedly we all know that phone calls aren’t my strength (but that I’m capable of handling someone politely and efficiently when they need it). Instead they have me working emails most of the day and it’s kinda incredible. Never would have expected that a call center job would be for me but here I am.
