So you say there is no such thing as a severe stutter but then say sometimes people have a sever stutter? Why? Because of your personal experience that fluctuates ? What if someone else has less fluctuations with their stutter and lives at the more severe end of the spectrum?  Your anecdotal experience =/= everyone else experience.
