If you feel like your speech is holding you back from your goals then definitely go back to speech therapy. I feel like with stuttering, at least for myself, it kind of a toxic cycle. I get nervous I stutter more, the more I stutter the more nervous I became. I also looked into healthier ways of dealing with my anxiety and my stuttering improved. Less anxious, less stuttering, even less anxious less and less stuttering. I wish you the best, be kind to yourself
