That makes sense. I usually have repetition and it's rare for me to get blocks, thankfully. I've tried to speak slower and even prolong my words but it isn't always a guarantee it'll work. I didn't think finger taps would work but I find I always tend to look down, rub my forehead (if I'm sitting down at a desk), tap the desk, or become expressive with my hands. I've noticed recently that some of my stutter while working is, on rare occasions, due to doubt. I'll sometime doubt my speech and how clear it is and can stutter due to that. If only it was as easy to fix it as it is to sabotage it
