Thanks for useful tips. I've always reacted pretty badly to all ssri's, snri. Felt lethargic, restless, exhausted, zero emotions. Never tried clomipramine, its an oldschool drug, but can be very effective . I've had pretty good reaction to nortrypiline in the past, gave it up due to some bruxism, so I though I give a shot to clomipramine, maybe will add some abilify , as an augmentation .
