Ok, first of all if they’re in college and they’re making fun of you then they’re just immature. 17+ year olds teasing the way a person speaks is unacceptable. I graduated high school in June and in my time in high school no one looked at me funny or said anything about my stutter. Try not to think too much of it. If you don’t know them then they’re opinions don’t matter to yoh
