I know how this feels. My youngest daughter had it really bad, I mean as bad as what mine was, which was pretty bad. I was absolutely terrified. My wife suggested that we simply ignore it and thankfully it went away after about a week. (This was our situation, I'm not suggesting you ignore it). I hope your son does have to go through what we went through, I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
