I can't speak for you OP, but take heart in that everybody has their own problems. Even if it's a net negative, there are lots of people who stutter who are doing great, and lots of people who don't who would trade places with you in a heartbeat if they had a lick of sense. For me, I think my stutter has made me a better writer. Learning synonyms to every word so I could run around blocks has given me a lot more to work with. Always try to take the positives where you can!
