Some cruel people can take advantage and corner the stutterers in workplaces thinking they are easy targets due to communication barriers. Poor appraisals in companies are common though stutterers do their work correctly and are more knowledgeable than their peers. This is especially true in places where people challenge each other to grow up in the corporate ladder , mainly in Indian workplaces in IT. Stutterers are always left behind in these workplaces but Stutterers are great individual contributors.
