Speak slow I have had a stutter for most of my life and it’s currently worse than ever, it’s affecting me really much and making me feel lonely and different, but I have really noticed that speaking slowly can get me through conversations pretty good, and if I get stuck, opening my mouth a lot more helps to get the word out, the issue is when I’m speaking to somebody new or a colleague, I get so panicked that I forget to do these things and I fck it up, does anyone have any tips to not panic so much? Or is it maybe just a lot of practice I need.
