If I had a quarter for every time this happened, I would own all the stock in Apple. First of all, we've all been through this and you are not alone. Second, it's great that there was someone there who was polite and helpful during this stressful time. Lastly, there was a comment on this thread on practicing your phone number. This is what I did. I practiced my telephone number in front of my bathroom mirror for 6 months; after that time it became boring. So when it came time to do it in a real life application, it just rolled off my tongue. All of my anxiety and fear about saying my phone number went away and it became boring. Many people say that 'practice makes perfect' but I don't believe in perfection. I believe that 'practice makes permanent'.
