I've found it helpful. As others have said, it's good for learning more about your stutter and how to deal with the negative feelings and avoidance that can occur. I don't think it will stop you stuttering but it might ease it and, ultimately, make you happier to accept yourself with some level of stuttering. These might be good places to start for how to do it: 1. Episode of StutterTalk podcast about it [http://stuttertalk.com/mindfulness-in-stuttering-treatment-321/](http://stuttertalk.com/mindfulness-in-stuttering-treatment-321/) 2. This book: Mindfulness and Stuttering by Ellen-Marie Silverman [https://www.amazon.co.uk/Mindfulness-Stuttering-Eastern-Strategies-Greater/dp/1478385111](https://www.amazon.co.uk/Mindfulness-Stuttering-Eastern-Strategies-Greater/dp/1478385111) 3. My old blog about mindfulness and stuttering. I've not kept it up but there's some info on there: [https://mindfulstuttering.wordpress.com/](https://mindfulstuttering.wordpress.com/) (here's a post where I review the book above: [https://mindfulstuttering.wordpress.com/2013/04/05/mindfulness-and-stuttering-using-eastern-strategies-to-speak-with-greater-ease/](https://mindfulstuttering.wordpress.com/2013/04/05/mindfulness-and-stuttering-using-eastern-strategies-to-speak-with-greater-ease/))
