I work in a call centre too, I've been here for almost 4 months and there are just some words and phrases I continuously stutter on and I just can't shake it. Sometimes I can get away with saying it without a stutter but it's rare for some words. The more common phrases I do stutter on every now and then but I can get by with those. Did it take you long before you got into the "routine" of it?
