Damn bro I know it's tough and everyday is a challenge. I know it's draining physically and mentally. And it also wears you down spiritually or what's called emotional burnout. Just wanted to let you know that it's possible your stutter may lessen or go away with age. You're still young. Your frontal lobes have yet to fully develop until age 25 in most cases and for some until low 30s (aka ppl with ADHD). Just saying there's a chance or it happening. Mine lessened with age and I've seen many anecdotes of this happening to others on this subreddit. Secondly maybe try reflecting on the things you do have. Many things we take for granted. Things that seem trivial for us like walking and being able to get out of bed and go from a run and do our own shopping.. Having hands, not being paralyzed in one side of the body. So much things that we don't even think about. Just like how you might think non-stutterers don't know how good they got it with their free flowing speech. There's people looking at us stutterers and thinking the same thing. Just wanted to point out that perspective is everything and that human beings are strong and highly adaptable to any situation. It's one of the reasons why we're at the top of the food chain and havent gone extinct.
