I'm in my 30s and now I only stutter in certain situations instead of basically all the time like I did when I was younger. I don't know if this makes sense but I've just figured out how to speak in such a way that I don't stutter. It's not anything I learned in speech therapy or "techniques" to get through a block, it's more about the mannerisms I use and the way I project confidence. Basically I'm acting like 90% of the time.
