Holy shit yes, me too. This is so interesting. Another thing is when I'm really into what it is I'm saying, and therefore likely speaking with little or no filter. I always tell myself I'm going to do just be the real me all the time but it's much harder than it seems. But yeah this is so true. When I achieve that single layer of thinking, that 100% focus, I'm usually entirely fluent.
