Great reply! I understand you offer: 1. during stutter: recognize feeling that stutter is coming up 2. making self-analyzing/prediction subconsciously (by distracting oneself) by focusing on the 5 senses (mindfulness). I take a guess: also body scanning, focusing on body part with tension (while holding breath?) to increase tolerance, emotional intelligence, breathing, calming down, let body and mind digest feeling (instead of you), replacing discomfort with happy feeling - by doing this, your mind and body will learn that you don't have to do compulsion and that you have control, the more surprised you are the higher the effect. Am I right so far? 3. then multitasking multiple focal points in the experience. What do you mean by this?
