Those feelings and thoughts that make you think that others are better, are the subconscious random thoughts. You just gotta observe them without any comments on thoughts. I would suggest start meditation for that. With Family, my stutter is literally worse. A bit of my history, I work at a Call Center. It's a Phone Support. When I started Phone Calls first in Office, I made them good. Even though a lady came on call and was really asking me to work for her sales Company. My stutter was getting a lot better socially. However, it was still the worse with family. Then the Corona shit happened, first two weeks of working from home were amazing. Then, I had a mental Breakdown. Next day, I took a call, my stutter really got that worse that I picked up the call and wasn't even able to give the greetings. I started taking online appointments twice a week. My speech got better. As usual, some stressful situation happened and it got/is fucked again. I'd suggest start taking appointments with a good Speech Pathologist. That will help you a lot and start mediation too. It can be taken undercontrol. Don't let it ruin your life! Good luck! ♥️
