If you can afford it, my suggestion would be therapy. Not speech therapy! I mean standard "let's talk about your parents and how they shaped your emotional state" therapy that lots of people go to. Because from what you're saying, it's the shame and the resentment that are a problem for you, rather than your speech itself, and that makes sense to me. Therapy can really help you to sort that stuff out.
