Just my idea, but realistically an outreach job requires effective communication. And that'd not really possible with a bad stutter. I stutter and I realize that I'm not suited for certain jobs. And that's pertaining not just to stuttering, but to other things to. I mean, you wouldn't want a painfully shy person to be an outreach person either I assume.
