I remember feeling like that. I know what you mean. I've been through it, millions of times, a lot of years wasted in agony. Later I focused on other things in my life and it got better. Just make it a non-issue. I know it's so much harder than it sounds. You've got to shift your whole mindset. Don't fight yourself. Only talk for communication, not to prove yourself. Anytime you talk to challenge yourself, you end up in frustration and deeper hatred towards yourself. This is one of the things that definitely goes against the rule of success/failure. Encouragement and empathy can be good, but they're not the answer. (Edited: paragraph reconstruction)
