I think (in my opinion) it’s just as much psychological as it is physical. I think that we psyche ourselves out KNOWING we can and most likely will get a block or stutter on something, and then we think about it too much. I’ve personally been trying to grow the strength of just accepting it and move on with my life personally. I know it’s a lot easier said than done, but just keep fighting
