I have no idea what pressured speech is, but generally, pressure and tension INCREASE stuttering. Make sure you show your kid support and PATIENCE. Don't rush him/her. Most importantly, don't make his/her existence about the speech. The worst thing my family every did when I was little was make comments about my speech every time they saw me. It can be small things like "slow down" to "are you still seeing the SLP?". All it does is reinforces the thought that something was wrong with me and my life became all about it. I suggest taking the kid to a speech therapist. Also, check out videos on youtube about some good techniques to manage a stutter.
