Debating on weather or not to continue speech therapy.

Debating on weather or not to continue speech therapy. Well, I have stuttered for 11 years and like most people who stutter, speech therapy hasn't really helped. I have been doing Skype session with a speech therapist on and off. I don't feel she helps that much, but then again, they recommend speech therapy. I haven't really found any resources that help with speech therapy. It's not that I don't try, it's just that I can't use my skills in public.
